How many times a week is the program ?
To maximize your time with your mentor, we meet twice a week: one hour on weekdays, whichever day is most convenient for you, and one hour on weekends. Time slots can be agreed upon during the initial consultation.
If I'm not motivated, does the program still work?
No, unfortunately not. For you to maximize your personal potential, you must be willing to invest and make the effort to apply the systems and techniques taught.
Are there prerequisites to understand the program ?
No, there are not! During the O.P.P. program, everything is taught from the beginning. However, if you’ve already started your personal optimization, it’s an added bonus!
The program is intended for teenagers of what age ?
The O.P.P. program is designed for teenagers aged 14 to 20. The topics covered are therefore accessible and understandable for all ages in this group, ensuring learning adapted to their level of maturity and development.
What is the importance of exercise in the program ?
Exercise in general is not only extremely important for physical health, but also for mental health. During the program, we make it a point to convey the importance of taking care of one’s health through sports, nutrition, and sleep.
What is the format of the program ?
The program is one-on-one, meaning it involves individual lessons. This allows us to focus fully on you and tailor the training to your specific needs.
