ABOUT
“I am neither fully an adult nor still a child — I’m somewhere in between. Mature enough to understand and share knowledge based on experience, yet still young enough to translate my insights to teenagers and inspire trust.”
Optimission and the O.P.P. program are the result of the ambition and vision of Verdàn Deliz, a young personal development enthusiast who created this program to help teenagers fully harness their potential. Having himself gone through a journey filled with challenges and achievements, Verdàn knows how essential it is to have a guide, a mentor, or simply a “big brother” to move forward in life with confidence.
For several years, Verdàn has made it his mission to become the best version of himself by developing effective systems and techniques to achieve his goals. Thanks to this approach, he has accomplished impressive feats: earning his pilot’s license, playing for the Swiss national baseball team, becoming an analogue astronaut, building and launching a weather balloon, and now studying mechanical engineering at EPFL. At the same time, he has inspired his own brothers to pursue their dreams—one going to the United States to study, and the other launching his own automotive photography business at just 16 years old.
Verdàn is neither a psychologist, nor an educator, nor a teacher. He is a Big Brother, a mentor who understands teenagers and speaks their language. His age and experience allow him to be an accessible and credible role model, able to give guidance on all aspects of personal development
