OPTIMIZATION OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL

Optimission’s O.P.P. program is a three-month adaptive training program, divided into three phases. Designed for teenagers aged 14 to 20, this program is designed to give you the tools you need to become the best version of yourself.

Your journey with Optimization begins with a free consultation to determine your goals. Then, the three phases of program begin (they can be viewed on the right side of the page).

Over the course of three months, you will benefit from two one-hour sessions per week with one of our mentors, in a one-on-one format, either via Zoom or in person.

O.P.P. program is taught in an immersive and hands-on manner, meaning you directly apply everything you learn.

Optimission has one single mission: to help young people become the best version of themselves. Through O.P.P. program, you’ll learn to push yourself, adopt winning habits, and build an ambitious and fulfilling future.

The first consultation is conducted via Zoom. This session allows you to meet our mentors, establish your goals with OPTIMISSION, and see if the O.P.P. program is right for you.

PHASE 1

PHASE 1 includes the first two weeks of program and is an essential step for both you and our mentors. During this period, our mentors get to know you, explore your world, and better understand your personality. You, on the other hand, get to know your mentor and begin to build a bond of trust. This mutual exchange lays the foundation for effective support and develops methods tailored to your personal growth.

PHASE 2

PHASE 2 includes weeks 3 to 9, and is the in-depth work and development phase. It is during these 7 weeks that we will cover different concepts, and implement different routines, techniques, and systems. Here is the program for these 7 weeks:

  2. Set goals and strengthen determination
  3. Reduce screen time and increase productivity
  4. Lifestyle optimization
  5. Developing a powerful mindset
  6. Reinforce positive habits
  7. Analyze progress and define future goals

(For Parents: We also offer detailed tracking of your child’s progress throughout the course. If you wish, we can send you a weekly report to allow you to monitor their progress.)

PHASE 3

PHASE 3 includes weeks 10 to 12 and is essential for encouraging you to apply the methods learned during the program on your own, without depending on your mentor. For approximately three weeks, you will be expected to practice what you have learned independently. However, your mentor will remain available to answer your questions and provide support if necessary. Meetings with the mentor will also become less frequent (more often than once a week rather than twice a week).
